50 Shades of Stupid

Very well put. I had to reblog this because it makes such an elegant and poignant point in a slimmed down and nearly perfect way. Anyone who is not following this blogger, should!

See, there's this thing called biology...

I should not be surprised that people have become such binary thinkers.
We approach everything as it were comprised of nothing but x’s and O’s.
Everything is black or white these days, you’re with us or you’re against us,
red versus blue, men versus women, science versus religion. It’s a tidy little
world were everything has a yes or no answer. There are no paradoxes or
conundrums and all the riddles of the universe have now been solved.

This the age of enlightenment and human progress, donja know. We’ve evolved already.

We now live in a world where there are no shades of gray. You either perceive the
world exactly as I do….or you’re stupid. We like all our subjects separate,
divided, organized, like public school. We do not want to see the music in our
